Pakistan

  • £3 flat rate

  • FREE on orders over £100

United Kingdom

  • £25 flat rate

  • FREE on orders over £2,000

European Union

  • £40 flat rate

  • FREE on orders over £2,000

Rest of World

  • £60 flat rate

  • FREE on orders over £2,000

  • Full insurance (no extra cost)

  • Tracking number

  • Signature required on delivery

2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing

Orders processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Delivery Times (from dispatch)

Pakistan: 3-5 business days
UK: 7-10 business days
EU: 7-10 business days
International: 7-10 business days

Note: These are estimates. Customs clearance may cause delays for international orders.

 

3. Tracking

You will receive:

  • Email with tracking number when order ships

  • Link to track your package

  • Delivery updates

If you don't receive tracking email, check spam folder or contact us.

4. International Orders

  • Customs & Duties

You are responsible for:

  • All customs duties and import taxes

  • Compliance with your country's import regulations

Customs Declaration

We declare full product value as required by law.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If Package is Lost

    • Contact us immediately

    • We file insurance claim

    • Replacement or refund provided within 7-14 business days

  • If Package is Damaged

Accept delivery and note damage on receipt

  • Photograph all damage

  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@luxorahub.co

  • We provide replacement or full refund at no cost to you

6. Packaging & Security

All orders shipped in:

  • Discreet packaging (no indication of contents)

  • Tamper-evident seals

  • Secure, protective materials

7. Delivery Requirements

(1) Adult signature (18+) required
(2) Someone must be present to accept delivery
(3) Valid ID may be requested

If you miss delivery:

  • Courier leaves notification

  • Package held at secure facility

  • You can reschedule or collect from depot

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address: You pay reshipment fees

  • Refused delivery: Refund issued minus both shipping costs
