You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to conditions below.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Products Eligible for Return ( Products must meet ALL conditions: )

(1) Returned within 30 days of delivery
(2) Original, unopened packaging
(3) All tamper-evident seals intact and unbroken
(4) Authentication certificates included
(5) No signs of damage, use, or tampering

  • Products NOT Eligible (We cannot accept returns for: )

(1) Broken seals or opened packaging
(2) Products showing signs of use or damage
(3) Missing authentication certificates
(4) Returns after 30-day window

Why these requirements?
These protect product authenticity and integrity for precious metals.

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact Us

Include: Order number, product details, reason for return

  • Step 2: Get Authorization

We will:

(1) Review your request
(2) Issue Return Authorization (RA) number if approved
(3) Provide return shipping instructions

IMPORTANT: Do not ship without RA number.

  • Step 3: Ship Product Back

(1) Package securely

(2) Use insured, tracked shipping
(3) Include RA number on package
(4) You pay return shipping costs

Recommended:

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK)

  • Insured international courier

Return shipping MUST be fully insured for product value.

  • Step 4: Inspection & Refund

(1) We inspect within 2 business days of receiving return
(2) We verify seals, certificates, and condition
(3) If approved, refund processed within 5-7 business days
(4) Refund issued to original payment method

4. Refund Details

  • What You Get Refunded

    • Full product purchase price

    • Applicable taxes

  • What Is NOT Refunded

    • Original shipping costs (unless product was defective)

    • Return shipping costs

    • Payment processing fees

  • Refund Timing

Total time: 10-19 business days from when we receive your return

  • Breakdown:

    • Inspection: 2 business days

    • Processing: 5-7 business days

    • Bank processing: 3-10 business days

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Our Responsibility

If you receive damaged or defective products:

(1) We cover ALL costs

(2) Full refund or replacement (your choice)
(3) Expedited processing

  • Report Immediately

(1) We provide prepaid return label
(2) No cost to you
(3) Fast replacement or refund

6. Authentication Disputes

If product fails independent authentication:

(1) Contact us with authentication report
(2) If verified, you receive:
   • Full refund of product price
   • Reimbursement of shipping (both ways)
   • Reimbursement of authentication costs

Authentication must be by certified assayer, reputable dealer, or recognized laboratory.

 

7. Cancellations

  • Before Shipment

Full refund, no fees.

  • After Shipment

Subject to standard return policy upon receipt.

To cancel: Email info@luxorahub.co immediately with order number.

8. No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To exchange:

(1) Return original product (get refund)
(2) Place new order for desired product

9. International Returns

International customers

(1) Complete customs documentation accurately
(2) Declare full product value
(3) Use insured international courier
(4) You cover customs duties on return

Processing time: May take 2-4 weeks total.

10. Important Notes

  • Market Value

Returns are NOT accepted due to precious metals market value changes.

Refunds are based on purchase price, not current market value.

  • No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

(3) Following return procedures
(4) Returning products in eligible condition
